What is your return/exchange policy?

Orders are produced to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. All items are packaged and shipped with the greatest of care from the 13-Three Motorsports facility. The only way that we can offer any kind of replacement due to damage in shipping, is if the item is insured. Shipping insurance is offered on every purchase, but must be arranged before shipping takes place. For information on arranging insurance, please feel free to contact us.
